KINGSTON, Ont. (05/02/2012) — OPP Const. Stacey Cooper plunges into the icy water of Lake Ontario yesterday with a hundred others, during the 1st annual Polar Bear Plunge at Kingston’s Febfest. ‘Freezin for a Reason’ is a fundraising event for the 2012 Special Olympics Ontario Spring Games, being hosted in Kingston this spring.
