BELLEVILLE, Ont. (02/4/12) There was an accident on Loyalist Wallbridge road on Valentines Day. The crash involved two cars and sent two people to hospital one in critical condition. The victim in critical condition was a graduate of Loyalist College and his meningeal layers were punctured which could have caused brain damage.
