BELLEVILLE, Ont (30/01/2012) Kayleb Meyers, 5, eyes his spot just before launching a shot into the goal on his backyard ice rink. With a helping hand from his father, Jeriamah Meyers, the duo have constructed an elaborate hockey rink behind their home in Belleville, Ont where they hope to hone their skills during the winter months. The pair have also entered the rink into Home Depot’s Back Yard Ice Rink where they hope to best last year’s disappointing third place finish and be crowned “Best Rink”.
